When you book a program or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, and the training information you share in intake forms. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to deliver coaching services, personalize your program, and respond to your messages. We send occasional service emails; marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
3. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the tools needed to run the service — coaching app, payment processor, email provider — each under their own privacy safeguards.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or have it deleted at any time by emailing marcus@colestrong.fi. Before-and-after photos are only ever published with written permission.
